Our Commitment
At Brady Watch Company, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our hand-built timepieces. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
Custom-Built Products
Because each Brady Watch is hand-built to order specifically for you, all sales are generally considered final once production has begun. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
Before Production Begins: If you wish to cancel your order before we have begun production (within 48 hours of order placement), you may receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs.
After Production Begins: Once production has started on your custom timepiece, orders cannot be cancelled as materials and labor have been committed to your specific watch. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after production has begun.
Returns and Refunds
Timeframe: If you receive your watch and are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be:

In unworn, unused condition

In its original packaging with all materials, documentation, and accessories

Free from any scratches, marks, or signs of wear

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Inspection: All returned watches will be inspected upon receipt. If the watch shows any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, the return will not be accepted and the watch will be returned to you at your expense.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds will be issued as follows:

Purchase price minus original shipping costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned watch.
Warranty Coverage
Brady Watch Company warrants that each timepiece is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, movement malfunctions, and structural failures that occur under proper use and care. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, battery replacements, or cosmetic damage such as scratches to the case or crystal. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will repair or replace the watch at our discretion at no charge, including return shipping. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Defects and Warranty Claims
Manufacturing Defects: If your watch has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and will either repair, replace, or refund the watch at our discretion at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Watches that have been worn, sized, or altered

Watches with custom engravings or personalization

Special order or limited edition timepieces (unless defective)

Watches returned after the 30-day return window
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@bradywatchcompany.com within 30 days of delivery

Provide your order number and reason for return

Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions

Package the watch securely in its original packaging

Ship the watch back using a trackable, insured shipping method
Important: Do not ship returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, you must return the original watch for a refund (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order. Please note that the new order will be subject to current production times.
Damaged or Lost Returns
We are not responsible for watches that are damaged or lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your refund is processed.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These restrictions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process. These costs will not be refunded.
Processing Time
Please allow 10 business days from when we receive your return for inspection and refund processing. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Policy Changes
Brady Watch Company reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of the refund policy in effect at the time of your order. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Some jurisdictions may provide additional consumer protections that supersede portions of this policy.
