By placing an order with Brady Watch Company, you acknowledge and agree that all watches are hand-built to order and require a minimum of 14 calendar days for production, with processing times varying based on order complexity and current production schedule. Processing time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Brady Watch Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, fees, and compliance with import regulations. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, and all shipments are insured and require signature confirmation. Brady Watch Company's liability for shipping-related issues is limited to the purchase price of the product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from shipping delays or delivery issues. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, processing times vary based on the complexity of your order and our current production schedule.
General Terms
By placing an order with Brady Watch Company, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Minimum Processing Time: All orders require a minimum of 14 calendar days for production before shipping. This processing time begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received.
Variable Processing Times: Depending on the specific watch model, customizations, and current order volume, processing may take longer than the minimum 14 days. We will provide an estimated completion timeframe when you place your order and will keep you updated on your watch's progress. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your watch will ship once production is complete.
Estimated Delivery Times
All shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time consists of our production time plus carrier transit time. Brady Watch Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

International Shipping
Brady Watch Company ships to select international destinations. International customers should be aware of the following:

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Brady Watch Company is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Important: Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address.
Tracking Information
Once your watch ships, you will receive tracking information via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Risk of Loss and Insurance
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. All Brady Watch Company shipments are insured for their full value. We recommend retaining all packaging materials until you have inspected your timepiece.
Service Interruptions
Occasionally, shipping services may be interrupted due to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Brady Watch Company will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order but cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from service interruptions beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within 5 business days of the expected delivery date or upon receipt of a damaged package.
Please contact us immediately if:

The contents are damaged or missing
Brady Watch Company will work with the carrier to resolve such claims. Given that our shipments are insured, we will assist in filing claims and work toward a resolution, though specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your timepiece immediately upon delivery. If there are any issues with your watch, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Limitation of Liability
Brady Watch Company's liability for any shipping-related issues is limited to the purchase price of the product(s). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, service interruptions, or delivery issues.
